I haven’t written in a while – have been very busy with watching children, making Christmas gifts and getting the house ready for the holidays.
I have just finished today a gift for Greatgrandpa: a remote control holder to go over his armchair. Grandpa seems to be sitting down on his glasses, hearing aid etc. and always is looking for the remote. So, Nora, my DSIL, gave me the idea to make him a remote holder. It was fun making this. I made a row of double pockets to accommodate the multiple remotes as well as glasses, hearing aid, and anything else he might want to put in there!
I made it out of flannel fabric since he stays in his chair both day and night and I didn’t want his arms to get hurt by a rougher material.
I like the way it turned out.
is there a tutitorial for making the tv remote armchair holder you made for grampa…….I could sure use it.
