This small motivational flag design looks great displayed on a mini flag desk stand or small wire hanger. The design is entirely constructed in the hoop; the front top and bottom get stitched together during the in the hoop process. There is a “sleeve” that will make it easy to hang the little flag. The sleeve, too, is applied during the embroidery process. The vase is appliqued with a raw edge. The top is stipple quilted; the bottom is quilted with a crosshatch pattern. No additional hand or sewing machine stitching is required. The design comes with many photos and thorough instructions in pdf format.

Of course, you can leave off the sleeve and use this project as a vertical mug rug.
