This attractive crossbody bag gets stitched with quilting cottons; not recommended for use with vinyl/faux leather fabrics. It is our largest bag with plenty of room on the inside. It can hold a 7” tablet (including Otterbox), IPad Mini, or 7” Kindle easily. Also fits the 8” Amazon Fire tablet. The bag is completed in 2 hoopings – a very quick one for the back, another for the front. The back has the option of a back pocket, with two sectioned off areas for pens/pencils. The front and back are both partially quilted; the inside is fully lined. All seams are hidden. No raw edges anywhere. The straps and tabs need to be sewn on the sewing machine, unless you choose to use a pre-made strap. There is a small amount of handstitching to close the opening in the lining. The purse hardware for the strap is optional. The front is pieced together on the embroidery machine. It’s easy to do; we’ll show you how. The butterfly has a few spots for optional crystal placement. If you prefer to stitch the bag without the butterfly, you can just skip those two colors in the stitchout and maybe fussy cut a favorite fabric. Detailed instructions in pdf format are part of your download, including directions on how to make an adjustable strap.
