Isn’t stitching the best therapy? Here is a snackmat that reminds you to go sew and lift your spirits. While we call it a snackmat, it, of course, can also be displayed in your sewing room on a small easel. The main front fabric is quilted with a sewing theme. All borders are attached during the embroidery process; the lower border is embellished with a decorative stitch. The table and quilt are appliqued. It’s easy to do – we show you how in our detailed instructions. For the lettering we used our Madre Redwork font, for sale separately.
This snack mat is completely stitched in the hoop; no additional hand or sewing machine stitching required. There are two stitch files in your download. One with the full design as shown, another one with the sewing themed quilted background only.
