Decorate your home for March and St Patrick’s day with this lovely banner. The background of the banner is stipple quilted in the hoop and the letters H, M, and E are appliqued. The various borders get attached during the in the hoop process. There is a “sleeve” in the back for hanging the quilt. The sleeve, too, is applied during the embroidery process.
