Can be constructed with or without arms (soft arms or stick arms). Mostly done in the hoop. Just a small amount of handstitching (basting stitches) and machine stitching (seam in hat) required. Snow much fun to make and give as gifts. And snow fast, too! Decorate to your heart’s content. Intended for home decoration; not intended as small children’s toys.
