Machine Embroidery Design FormatsAll designs come as a zip archive file that when unzipped or extracted contain the following embroidery file formats:
DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, SHV, VIP, VP3 and XXX.
There will also be an "Instructions" folder that contains a PDF file that has step by step instructions with many photos to help with your embroidery design.

This set of 4 mug rugs for the 5×7 hoops is completed as an in the hoop project. There is no further machine or handstitching required to complete the mug rugs. The contrasting “borders” are applied during the embroidery process. The snowmen are part applique. A special effort was made to include texture in the designs (such as ribbing on cuffs, knit texture and pompom).
The set also comes with a printable, coordinating tag (in pdf format). The tag explains what a mug rug is and how to wash it. No font included.
Fusible fleece
2 contrasting/coordinating quality cotton fabrics — one for the top of the mug rug and backing; another one for the lower front.
A small piece of fabric for the applique snowman
Steam a Seam 2 or similar bonding product
Embroidery adhesive spray
Painter’s tape
Sharp, small, curved tip scissors
Clover Mini or Wedge Iron (highly recommended)
Stabilizer: Polymesh (woven, cutaway) or medium tear away stabilizer
