Machine Embroidery Design FormatsAll designs come as a zip archive file that when unzipped or extracted contain the following embroidery file formats:

There will also be an "Instructions" folder that contains a PDF file that has step by step instructions with many photos to help with your embroidery design.
This top zippered bag is a partial in the hoop project for 7×11 or 8×8 hoops. The zipper is applied in the hoop. The fabric strips are diagonally placed and stitched. The seams then get topstitched on the embroidery machine with decorative stitches that look like handstitching. The back is identical to the front. The entire bag is fully lined; no seams are visible on the inside. This bag requires three simple and quick hoopings. The front and back get stitched in two hoopings; in the third hooping the front and back get attached to the zipper. Finally, the side seams get stitched on the sewing machine, as does the boxed bottom of the bag. Very thorough instructions are part of your download, with many photos.
A great way to use up jelly roll fabric strips. Make one and take to your next embroidery club with some of your sewing “gadgets” – small scissors, tape, mini quilt clips, etc.
