This love themed pillow is made as a partial in the hoop project that is completed in two hoopings. The background is quilted with a heart motif. And the larger hearts are appliqued. The contrast strips are applied during the first hooping and the top and bottom borders are partially attached on the embroidery machine and finished on the sewing machine. The second, very quick hooping, applies the Velcro strips to the back. A small amount of machine stitching is required to stitch together the front and back of the pillow. The applique hearts are perfect for using up those tiny scraps of fabrics you have been collecting.
