This partial in the hoop project uses a pre-made 12×16″ pillow form. Some basic machine sewing is required to complete this project . The pillow is completed with a Velcro closure in the back. This closure is completely done in the hoop. A total of two hoopings are required.
This design is for 7×11 and larger hoops only. This in the hoop project can be completed in either one or two hoopings with only a small amount of machine or hand stitching required. If you wish to make the pillow with a Velcro closure in the back, as shown in the photo, it will require two hoopings. Stitch files for an ITH Velcro closure as well as an ITH pillow insert are part of your download. You can also make a simpler version that gets closed at the bottom and is a one hooping project.

There are 6 applique designs in this set. The set was designed for kitchen towels. The framed designs stitch beautifully on dishtowels; for terry toweling it would be preferred to stitch the applique designs only since the frame stitches might get lost in the loops of the toweling. If you want to use the designs without the frames, just skip the first 2 colors. Beautiful for kitchen wall art as well.
