Support Channels
Omasplace.com provides support via email. We do not provide support via Twitter. If you have any problems with your orders or your download please don’t hesitate to contact us. We can be reached via email at monika @ omasplace.com. Simply let us know what the problem is. In many cases we will verify that your purchase and just email you your purchase directly. You will always be answered within two business days.
Bug Fixing
It is our commitment to fix all design “bugs” as quickly as possible after they are brought to our attention. If you can, please take a photo your sew out so to help us troubleshoot the issue with the design.
Sale to End Users Only
Omasplace.com sells and ships products to end user customers only. You may not purchase for resale. Omasplace.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing for resale.
Electronic Software Downloads
Our payment system and digital downloads employ the highest encryption and security levels afforded by the internet’s largest websites. At the time of checkout, our credit card merchant, Authorize.net, will obtain an authorization from the credit card or payment method you have selected. Once the credit card authorization is received, you will be directed to a page where you can instantly download your digital products. You will also be emailed download link(s) to the email address you provided during checkout.
If the transmission is interrupted in any way during download, you can use the links provided in the email to begin the downloading process again. In addition, you will be able to access your downloads at a later time by using our account system. Log-in credentials can be established during the checkout process.
Permitted Use
You may sell any item you make with it in small quantities (under 100/yr), you may add or delete from it, but you may not ever sell this design as your own.
Return and Refund Policy
Please note, Omasplace.com does not permit the return or offer refunds for our design downloads. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have a problem with your file, or notice something missing in the design then you may contact us via email and we will work to make sure your purchase is complete.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, orders that have been downloaded cannot be canceled. I know that sounds harsh, but that is just the nature of the beast.
Delivery / Shipping Policy
All products are delivered electronically. Please check your email for the download links provided by our cart. Physical CDs will be sent via USPS.
